GUEST ETIQUETTE
The holidays are upon us again and it is not unusual for young people to go around spending part of their holidays for sleep overs at the home of friends and relatives.
We recently had the 'pleasure' of hosting my husband's nieces as they came for a short stay on their way home from boarding school. That was not the first time we have had to accommodate friends and family at our home but the experience got me reflecting about

HOW DID WE GET HERE???
Yeah, yeah, I guess I must admit that I've been living under a rock in the last couple of days. Indeed I've been away on a personal retreat and you know how these things work, I was totally incommunicado - which also means that I was behind on some of the Major news and events happening in our country.

I had this meal at a friends place last week and I enjoyed it so much that I had to ask her for the recipe, however, she couldn't give it to me then because she was busy attending to other guests so I figured out the recipe myself. We had this for supper tonight and everyone had seconds!!!
